About MRA

MRA – The Management Association was founded in 1901 and is a not-for-profit employers association. We partner with over 4,000 employers in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Northern Illinois, and Iowa/Western Illinois, helping them succeed by maximizing the potential of their greatest resource: their employees.

 

Our 150 HR and business professionals are poised to help businesses cultivate engaged, productive employees, and create strong organizational infrastructure.
